ENERGETIC ENHANCEMENT PROCESSES Creating the conditions for change and growth. When we understand the basic principles of human nature, of modern neurobiology and the energetic dynamics in complex systems, then we can influence directly the „operating system“ and the operational energy of a business unit. This knowledge opens new perspectives on management and change processes and on leadership and its development. In my workshops, seminars und in my consulting activity, I shall establish a working space which permits a better understanding of these basic principles and finding new ways to solve these problems. |
